This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

(Buyer’s Full Name), hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”.

Hereafter referred to as the “Broker”

A. Deposit: A deposit of $1500 is required to secure the vehicle. This deposit is to be made via a PayPal invoice.

The Buyer will be invoiced for the purchase price in Japan along with all Japan side fees such as transportation, storage, international shipping, and port fees. Upon the vehicle’s arrival in the US, the Buyer will be billed for US port fees and taxes along with domestic transport.

This vehicle will be secured on behalf of the Buyer. The cost of the vehicle, broker fee, international shipping, and exporter fees on the Japan side are due upon receipt. Once funds are received in full, shipping will be arranged and a vessel will be scheduled. Upon arriving at the US port, domestic taxes, fees, and transportation fees will be invoiced. The Buyer agrees to take ownership of the vehicle if it arrives as described within 10 days of arrival. The Buyer will not be responsible for excessive unreported damage, excessive rust, or powertrain failure. If the Buyer has to cancel the deal, all will be refunded except a restocking fee of 10% capped at $2500.

As detailed in Section 2, the cost of the vehicle, broker fee, international shipping/port fees on the Japan side are due upon receipt. If the Buyer has to cancel the deal, all will be refunded except a restocking fee of 10% capped at $2500. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, there may be slight variations in price.

Maintenance and Services
The Buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing a 25+ year old vehicle that will most likely require some servicing and inspection prior to driving the car. Common issues include spark plugs, dirty air filters, old/worn tires, bad mass air flow sensors, fuel filters, and general maintenance. The Buyer understands that the Broker offers service to customers at a discounted rate of $140 from $180 per hour and that parts are billed at a discount as well.
